VisitIdahoFalls.com will replace a defective item returned to for replacement. The return will be for the same item. Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it to confirm that it is defective. If the product is determined to not be defective, you will be responsible for shipping back to you. We recommend you email a digital photo of the defect prior to return.
